Users needing urgent medication during off-hours were met with outdated directories and static maps that failed to distinguish between closed storefronts and "On-Duty" pharmacies.
The Availability Blindspot We identified a critical need for a platform that bridged hyper-local availability with military-grade data security. The challenge was not just to build a delivery app, but to create a live, breathing directory that updates incrementally to reflect the real-world status of the healthcare supply chain.
A Scalable Ecosystem Built on Logic.
We engineered H24 as a logistical precision tool. Utilizing Flutter for cross-platform stability and the Google Maps API for geospatial accuracy, we developed a proprietary logic flow that moves beyond simple "open/closed" toggles.
Geo-Spatial Filtering: We implemented a custom algorithm that filters "On-Duty" pharmacies based on live geolocation, eliminating user friction.
Modular State Management: Leveraging GetX, the app achieves sub-millisecond state updates. This separation of concerns allows for "Vertical Scaling," meaning we can plug in future modules (Doctors/Hospitals) without destabilizing the core.
Encrypted Health Vault: To solve the privacy paradox, we built a PIN-protected Medical File system, ensuring patient history remains accessible yet impenetrable.

By prioritizing Clean Architecture, we extended the H24 ecosystem beyond the app store. We launched a fully responsive Landing Page using Flutter Web, sharing 80% of the business logic with the mobile app. This ensured a unified brand experience and reduced development time by half.
