Making Remote Learning Engaging.

Traditional e-learning apps often feel like static file repositories. Students lose interest quickly when faced with low-quality streams and disorganized dashboards. The challenge was to build a platform that feels as engaging as a streaming service (like Netflix) but functions as a rigorous academic tool.

Structured Knowledge We designed Ayatum to reduce cognitive load. The interface categorizes complex curriculums into bite-sized "Chapters" and "Video Modules." We prioritized a clean, distraction-free UI that keeps the student focused on the instructor, not the interface.

The Virtual Classroom Engine.

We engineered a robust Learning Management System (LMS) centered around video consumption and retention

  • Immersive Video Player: The core of the app is the custom video player. It supports adaptive streaming (bitrate adjusts to internet speed) and includes features like 10-second rewind, playback speed control, and bookmarking.

  • Tiered Subscriptions: To monetize the high-value content, we integrated a seamless "Pro" gateway. Users can preview intro lectures but must subscribe to unlock full courses and downloadable materials

  • Progress Tracking: A visual progress bar tracks every completed lesson, giving students a sense of accomplishment and motivating them to finish the syllabus.

Education Without Boundaries.

Ayatum has bridged the gap between classroom rigor and digital flexibility. The intuitive design has led to higher course completion rates compared to standard industry averages.

  • 40% Higher Retention: Students spend more time watching lectures due to the optimized player UX.

  • Seamless Monetization: The frictionless subscription flow increased premium conversions by 25% in the first quarter

  • Offline Access: The "Download for Later" feature allowed students in low-bandwidth areas to keep learning without interruption.

"Tectonix built a classroom in a pocket. The video quality is flawless, and the subscription management is so easy that parents can handle it in seconds."
