Finding a reliable plumber, electrician, or cleaner is traditionally a chaotic process involving word-of-mouth referrals, uncertain pricing, and scheduling headaches. The "gig economy" prioritized speed, but often lacked the transparency needed for home services.
Trust-First Architecture We designed Find Worker to digitize word-of-mouth. The challenge was to build a dual-sided marketplace that reduces the "Time-to-Hire" from days to minutes. We implemented a clean, category-driven UI to ensure that finding a professional feels as safe and seamless as ordering a ride.
Algorithmic Matching & Geospatial Logic.
We moved beyond simple directories. Find Worker uses a custom geolocation engine to match demand with supply in real-time.
Smart Selection: The interface allows users to drill down from broad categories to specific, vetted professionals. The "Worker Profile" is designed for transparency, highlighting skills and hourly rates to minimize cognitive load.
Tap Booking: We engineered a friction-free scheduling flow. Users select a date and time, and the system automatically syncs with the worker's availability calendar.
Live Proximity Radar: Leveraging the Google Maps API, we built a live-tracking module. Users can see available drivers and workers in their immediate vicinity, providing visual confirmation of supply.

Beyond just booking, we built a CRM-lite "Orders" module. This allows users to track the status of current jobs and review past history, ensuring nothing gets lost in the chaos of daily life.
